What's your style / Approached to documenting my special day ?

We tell a story of your day in pictures, with included group and posed pictures.

Do you take group pictures ?

Yes of course we do, but we recommend you have no more than ten group shots
(you can have more) and with aid we will achieve these very quickly and professionally.

Will the person we meet at the initial consultation be the person taking our pictures ?

This is an easy one, yes, I'm your photographer for the whole day

What equipment do you use ?

I shoot digitally with Sony professional grade cameras and Zeiss Batis pro grade lenses

Do you offer pre-wedding / Engagements shoots ?

Yes we do at an additional cost

Have you photographed previously at our venue ?

If we haven’t taken pictures at your chosen venue, we always try (dependent on distance) to attend the location, prior to your special day

I'd like to see testimonials and photographs from your recent weddings ?

Testimonials & recent pictures are shown on the website

I would like black & white as well as colour ?

The great thing about digital photography is that it allows us to provide to you, either colour or black & white or a mixture of both in post processing, it's your choice

Do you offer packages ?

No, I provide one inclusive package which covers the whole day, from getting ready through to evening celebrations

How long will my photographer stay on the day ?

The whole day, from getting ready through to evening celebrations

Do you charge for transport ?

70 miles round trip included for free, anything over that requires additional expenditure

Do you require refreshments ?

That would be nice, but it’s your call, as we are working in excess on 10-12hrs.

Do you offer discounts for weekday weddings ?

We can offer a personalised quote for shorter weddings during the week

Are you happy to work alongside a videographer ?

It’s your special day, we will work alongside anyone

How will the final set of photographs be presented ?

Your pictures will be sent to you via email in form of a link and personal online gallery, this is to keep the price down, but we can supply a personalised USB stick for an additional cost

Are you insured against mishaps ?

It’s a must and we are fully covered by insurance and documents can be provided.

When will I need to pay ?

You will need to pay a booking fee on signing the contract “£150″ and the outstanding monies 7 days prior to your wedding day. (Overseas assignments differ)

When will we see the pictures ?

Approximately 14 days via email link and personal online gallery

DO we have to sign a contract ?

We have a simplified contract, covering all aspects of the day and requirements required by you and your photographer.

Album design & production, how long do I have to wait ?

Albums are an additional cost and they can take up to 6 weeks, the album is designed, then you will receive a link to approve or alter things. Once agreed and ordered, the albums are printed and built in Italy

Do we store your pictures ?

We store your pictures for 6 months on disk, but allow you to download the pictures as soon as they become available, they will be stored on that link for 12 months after the event

How do we book ?

Call or email me at any time and we can arrange a meeting this can be at yours or a local coffee shop to your location. I would then require a completed and signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee of £250 to secure my services for your wedding day. The retainer fee can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Sadly, I cannot confirm your booking until the form and fees have been paid, although I will hold the requested date for a short period until this requirement has been met. The remainder of the balance is due 28 days before the wedding date.
